Grievance Redressal

If you do not get your issue solved or if you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the agent you can move or escalate it to the second stage.

Escalation Matrix

You can also escalate an existing query through escalation matrix available on the SBI website

The escalation matrix consists of a form which has the following fields

Interaction ID number – This is the previously filled application number that needs to be entered.

Mobile number – Need to enter your mobile number to receive the OTP to login and review and escalate your query.

The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006

SBI are covered by the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 of the Reserve Bank Of India. If within 30 days of lodging a complaint with SBI, you do not get a satisfactory response from them, and wish to pursue other avenues for redressal of the grievance, you may approach the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
