For Grievance Redressal

The bank provides a separate link on its website in case of any grievances or complaints. If you have a grievance you wish to file, you can do so in any of the following ways:

  • You can write to the Branch Manager of the Bank Branch where your account is maintained and give the complete details of the nature of your complaint with your complete information.
  • In case you do not receive any response or the resolution provided through the above channel is not satisfactory, you can escalate the issue to the Regional Head. Ensure that you quote your Complaint ID while approaching the concerned person.
  • In case you do not receive any response or the resolution provided through Level 2 is not satisfactory, you can escalate the issue to the Zonal Head. Ensure that you quote your Complaint ID while approaching the concerned person.

If you still have not received a satisfactory resolution within a month, you may get in touch with the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.

“Customer Day”:

To enable the customers to voice their grievances, complaints and feedbacks, a day is dedicated so that customers can come to the bank and get their issues / queries resolved. “Customer Day” is observed at all the branches of the Bank across the nation, on the 15th of every month. If 15th is a holiday or half day, it is held next day.
