Axis Bank Credit Card Grievance Redressal

Axis bank offers exclusive care to each customer’s grievances. The bank provides a separate link on its website in case of any grievances or complaints. Any complaints related to loans, banking, credit cards etc can be communicated to the bank and redressal is done quickly. If you have any grievance or complaints you wish to file, you can do so in any of the following ways

Step 1: Visiting Get Support Page

Go to the official website of the Axis Bank and visit the ‘Get Support’ page. Here you will find various products, select credit card page and you will find various parameters for which you need to raise the grievance. Today i call 2 times in cus. care reg.my Privilege credit card and my mobile charge came to Rs.22 + 24 .I am canceling my card.
